Why do companies provide online surveys for people to complete?

An online survey is a quick and efficient way to get honest answers about a company’s products or services. If consumers have problems or suggestions for the company’s products, online surveys are a great way to gain information on those concerns.  If a person is filling out an online survey under the cloak of anonymity and are rewarded for their efforts, they are more likely to provide honest answers to the questions.
